Has anyone here tried it? Sounds interesting, and its legal.

My friend stole a bottle from a local health store.  It's pretty damn chill, you just squirt it into some liquid and feel reaaaaal laid back.  But it isn't really intense at all.  I'd recommend

There used to be this place like 5 minutes from my house on Kauai called Kava Lava.  Fucking sick place, they would mix you up all kinds of tasty smoothies with kava in them.

Was in Fiji for a couple of weeks and would have had it every night with the locals. they get the actaul root of the plant and soak it in water for a while and you drink the water. Tastes like shitty dirty water, but its awesome, makes your mouth completly numb when you have enough.

We were having Kava with the locals and having vodka at the same time most nights and then when we got back a mate found on the internet that having alcohol and kava is the worst possible combo for your brain and liver....so i recommend you dont do them together. But hell, we had a great few weeks.

I drank quite a lot of it when I was in Fiji as well, but wasn't really impressed, it just made my mouth numb and I felt a bit tired, tastes rank too.
