After effects help!

I made a 2d picture 3 dimensional in after effects and now I want to bring it into final cut and add it to my edit, but when I export it to quicktime or render it it doesnt play back correctly, and none of the motion/animation is there. Can someone help me out i cant figure out what Im doing wrong, thanks!

what are your settings at when you export it?

probably just play around in there

ya I just got it, I guess when its set at 3000x3000 pixels it just doesnt play very smoothly lol I downsized it to 1000x1000 and it works perfectly.

howd u do the 3d animation, vanishing pt in photoshop or something else?
