Replying to Adobe Encore CS3 library menu help

Hey, i bought the adobe cs3 master suite from some guy on craigslist whose company went under and he got some extra (new) copies of it and i got it for 300 which is awesome but now i dont have tech support.

ive been editing my movie for a while in primere and now im ready to start puting the pieces together, in adobe encore, but for some reason there is nothing in the library part, which is suposed to have lots of menus, butons, etc and i have no idea how to make a menu from scratch in photoshop.

Can someone please explain how to get these idems, or if your really nice, find a way to send me these idems? thanx
