now i realized that i opened up Pandora's box with my thread "the gays, a rant" so now im touching another touchy issue. might as well, so i was thinking with all the ideas of how the world is going to be overpopulated, is AIDS really a bad thing? Now it sounds terrible, and i by no means at all think that AIDS is GOOD, and i know that it sucks much balls to have it and would never wish it upon anyone. but at the same time i cant help but wonder what the world would be like without AIDS. now i dont know the direct facts about how many people die daily with AIDS, but what if all those people lived. the scientists are continually saying that were using up our resources too much, but if these people lived, it would be expedited so much that we would be forced to live on mars or something drastic. either that, or by Darwin's principals, we would have a large wipe out. i know ill get riped for this too but im already hated by half the NS population for my views on homosexuals

you do see survival of the fittest, usually it is among different races, like when animals go extinct, but i think that this is controversial to call it survival of the fittest seeing as it is within the human race

except that you're killing people based on factors they had no control over.

diseases probably are needed to keep the popluation down, which may have a benefit in the long run, but i would not say that HIV/AIDS is a good thing.

hah it sounds pretty extreme, but actually makes some sense. and survival of the fittest happens within species all the time I don't see why you find that so strange (whoever said something about that).

why dont you actually read what i said instead of jumping to conclusions, i said that im not for aids and wish it upon no one, i wish there was a cure, im just saying hypothetically what if there was a cure, how would our earth sustain the population

What if you're mom, dad, girlfriend, brother or sister got aids? Would you still think of AIDS as a good thing? I mean your family is going to die but hell it's great population control. Maybe some of us are becoming ignorant to the plague of aids, it's too bad we didn't live in Africa where your next sexual encounter could be the death of you.
It's a really touchy subject, someone else in this thread said that there needs to be another plague, well I bet that will be all fine and dandy until you contract the disease and die.

AIDS doesn't kill you, it's the sicknesses and diseases that you are susceptible to that kills you.
people also die from cancer, obesity, heart disease, and other fatal illnesses. I get what you're saying, but why even point it out? No illnesses are a good thing, that's a given. But you're right, disease does keep the population down, it's natural selection, evolution. It's basic knowledge.
so of course, if there were no illnesses or diseases out there, the world population would grow enormously. It's common sense...

IF we were to eventually resort to population control via mass death, it would need to be a controlled factor, not something like AIDS. AIDS is the wrong way of doing it for a couple reasons, one being that a lot of people with AIDS don't know that they have it. Also, it would kill off most of Africa, making this "controlled genocide" unbalanced and in a way, uncontrolled. And, not to mention the fact that literally anyone could get AIDS, and spread it to almost anyone. By the way, I think that this whole idea of using a disease as means of population control is a really bad idea and a much more difficult way around a fairly simple issue.

holy fucking shit how many times do i ahve to say this, i dont like aids i wish it upon no one said that 3 times why dont you take your time and read what i have to say im not a neo nazi who thinks that everyone should die of aids im just saying what if aids wasnt here, then the population would be too much for the earth to sustain its a hypothetical situation it has nothing to do with aids being good or bad

This happens in nature all the time with every organism except humans (maybe not guite to the extent your talking of). It is certainly not moraly right for humans but you cant argue it would work.

So you will always wear a condom (even if she is on the pill) and never eat a girl out?
Because it only takes one time to get aids...
