So I have come to the conclusion that some one while using this camera got snow inside of it and now it doesn't read tapes or record to them. I have been told to send it in somewhere and that it will be around 3 to 500 dollars...So my question to you ns is where is a very appropriate place to send this and who will do it for cheap?

yeah I am from here, but I am hesitant to take it somewhere local because I required it through someone that shouldn't have had it and its a long story
so I would like to send it out of state, haha

Hmmm sounds like you might just have some head problems. Does the camera turn on and function correctly? It just won't record or read the tape?
