STH16 weight 1130 grams each while 916 is approximately a pound more. Unfortunately i haven't tried STH16 yet (but will try them out in 2 weeks). However i'm on Salomon bindings for ages and regular 914 proved themeselves as very reliable option, even being much less robust than 916 heelpiece-wise (STH16 have the same if not better crafted metal tracks for wormscrew forward pressure adjustment on the heelpiece as 916). I've never seen plastic wings or heelpiece parts on Solly's broken so i'd say STH16 are just as durable as 916.
Jesters are a bit heavier than STH 16 and there were some cases of AFD plate cracked (search here or tgr for details). Other than that, in general they seem to be a great option as well, so you can decide by price.
