I have and spent 3 hours in a neck brace at the hospital. it was hell. the ne3ckbrace raped the broken bone. i had the dexterity of a kid with downs syndrome.

broke mine casing a jump this year. Had surgery. plate and 7 screws. and now I have dead spot halfway down my bicep thats totally numb.

ive broke my right collar bone twice in the last year or so.  first time i broke it bad in 2 places and the piece in the middle had spun vertically so now if you look at it in an x ray its kind of in the shape of a "Z" but ya it definatly isn't a fun injury because there is no way to immobilize it

o ya my friend has broke his left one 3 time and now has a metal plate in it and his right collar bone 5 time he has a mtel plate and 5 screws in it                           no lie

I have. It was horrible, especially taking a shower. Not being able to use both hands to wash my hair. Not easy. And shaving my legs with my left hand was not easy either. And now my collar bone is distorted.

my worst moment was when I got out of the shower and I couldn't get my own boxers on for like 15 minutes because everytime I bent over it sent a shock of across my body and then I would get cold and shiver and then I would once again be in excruciating pain. I major failed after that first shower.

I did... haha, ski patrol was walking distance from the jump where i wrecked and i didnt know it was broken till i tried to pick up my skis.

broke my left one racing motocross. plate and 5 screws. does anyone with a plate on theirs have the plate kinda poking out? like i can feel the heads of the screws and about a half inch of the end of the plate. doc said he wanted the thick plate to make it more stable. hurts like a bitch whenever something hits it directly

ive broken mine twice in the past 3 months. collarbones suck because you don't realize how much it moves until it is broken then it really hurts

Been there done that...It barely even hurt too but it kept me from skiing for 3 months so basically the whole season cause it was a crappy season snow-wise...
