Getting ready to buy astroturf

Ok so me and my brother are prolly gonna go to lowes and buy some astroturf..so i was just wondering what i should ask for...because when we looked like time the astroturf was like 1.75 a sq ft and people were telling me thats the expensive stuff..so what should i ask for to get the cheap stuff that still slides well? thx

i got some that was 7 bucks for 9 square feet
it was a step up from the worst they had and it works good
but i got it at home hardware i think

u have to get outdoor carpet, its green, sometimes blue i think. not astroturf. outdoor carpet is cheaper and slides better.

Usually the outdoor carpet is about 49 cents or less for a square foot.
