I am expecting great things from this thread. I just blow it out my nose, sounds dumb but I think it works. Also that first high of the day is always the best so I wait as long as I can before the first toke.

working out after you smoke-- thc is fat solubile, so if you start burning fat after you smoke, any thing that's gotten absorbed by the fat is going to be released again. whether this prolongs your high or simply intesifies it i couldn't tell you.

eating a brownie gets you high for like 5 hours.  if you cut back on how many times you smoke that will help also.

i've had this argument on here before so dont make me prove it, search for yourself.

3 seconds is the ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM you need to hold the smoke in for. almost all of the thc is absorbed instantly, holding it in longer only damages your body more, doesnt get you higher.

100% agree man. I can't understand the fun in smoking a fatty bowl and spening your time sitting on your ass unless its raining or you're watching a sick movie or playing a dope new game.

Honestly when me and my buds smoke we congregate for maybe 20 minutes on our asses, but we're doing this in order to plan out the best possible way to spend our time outside doing something active while enjoying the beautiful weather and sucking the most out of life

The movies, snacks and games comes after, when were nice and burned out, tired and satisfied with a high well spent.

yo just smoke more nothing helps like a 2 bongs at first then another bong for every hour you want to stay high. for real, just make sure your doing something, and not laying around. time passes reallll fast when you just sit there.

no ill smoke an L and go skateboarding or longboarding. dont really smoke blunts on the mountain. i hate smoking and sitting around im saying smoke and then go lift weights though sounds lame to me.

but back to the topic. the guy who said to eat before you smoke and don't eat after speaks the truth. I always feel that I lose my high when I eat after I smoke.

I've had this argument on here many times, and I will say yet again, despite whatever research you have that supposedly proves this, I still don't believe it. Rp a bong and hold it in for three seconds. Then try it for ten. Let me know what happens.

take a deep breath and see how long you can hold your breath for

now take a deep breath, hold it for 3 seconds, then exhale it entirely and then hold your breath

now im not really trying to push one side of the argument  but you can hold your breath for much longer when you actually have air in your lungs, and the only reason for this that would make sense is that your lungs are still absorbing oxygen after 3 seconds.

now i don't know the rate of absorption of THC molecules compared to the rate of absorption of o2 molecules in the lungs but i seriously doubt it would be any faster considering how much larger of a molecule it is.


i think that for smaller, less dense hits of smoke 3 seconds would be a fine amount of time, especially if your inhale is slow and drawn out

but if take a hit from something like a bong i seriously doubt its all been absorbed by three seconds due to the concentration of the smoke and the quickness of the hit.



what i do that i like to think is efficient is i take really drawn out, less dense hits so theres plenty of time and space for diffusion

its something my friend (who is a big pothead) told me. i'm not sure if its one of his theories or not, but it makes sense. he said its a weak poison that your body tries to get rid of by absorbing it in your food so that it escapes when you go to the bathroom

if you smoke a methol cigarette before you smoke,it has some fiberglass shit (or so i heard) that cuts the back of throat and when you blaze the thc gets into your system more, so you get higher.
seems to work, but each to their own
