How do i flatspin?

there are a lot of threads on this but to answer your question for a flat 7 you pop forward while doing a 90, then you throw like between a backflip and lincoln(from the off axis 90), bring it around and land and be happy about it because its a super fun trick. 

its a natural feeling trick, flat 5s i am not very constistant at landing, so i throw rodeo 5s instead, which you throw like a lincoln but a little towards a backflip, when you are done with that you should be at about a 450 and then you spot your landing ,bring it around, and land.  to make the rodeo 5s make more sense what i do is throw the lincoln/backflip towards my right shoulder, when im done im at a 450 and a spin 90 more degrees to the left.

Alright. Try these on a trampoline first for sure.

You have to practice these on a tramp A LOT before it becomes a natural movement. You have to take it step by step.

1. Pop. Make sure you get a good pop

2. Go to about 90 degrees (a little off axis), and then throw a backflip.

I know this doesn't sound like what the trick looks like in real life, but once the trick becomes natural on the trampoline, then all of these movements will look like a true flatspin. At first when you learn it, you have to break down these movements one by one and then once you understand the trick, it will become one fluid motion.

I haven't tried them on snow yet but I have them pretty much dialed on tramps so any day now when i grow some nuts i will try it.

the trampoline advice is good, but i have never done one on a tramp or anything and i landed mine first one on my 3ed try ever.  you just need to think it all through before you go. 

what the tramp does is helps you understand it and how you throw it, so that once you get to the snow you can easily visulaize yourself throwing it.
