How strong of painrelief do you think weed is

For me its not as strong as painkillers but its definitly much better than advil, aleve, tylenol...
what do you guys think

mehh i dont find it to be a super powerful pain reliever but it just gets my mind off thinking of the pain which helps alot.

depends what kind of shit you are smoking and where its from. if you are smoking bammer shit, then it will just be a pain increase. if you are smoking bomb california weed, thats an indica, you wont even be able to feel stuff thats not hurting, ie your legs, arms (at least for me).

haha, yeah i guess it works for like bruises  and headaches n shit, but with broken bones its kinda weird cus you just keep thinking about how fucked up your shit loooks and you just start hurting out of no were, my friend cant smoke weed cus he says it hurts his acl and he's had surgery like 3 times now

agreed. I don't/won't take Ibuprofen anymore...if the pain is real intense, i go for the percocet/vicoden/whatever, other than that, i smoke and bear it.

i took 6 days off of smoking heavily, and while doing some landscaping work, i stabbed a screwdriver pretty deep into my hand. i couldn't even feel it, and that didn't seem right.

Maybe pain isn't such a bad thing.

for me its so good.  when i smoke sometimes i fuck around at a playground or play a sport or something, and take a hit, and not even realized it.  then the next morning ill be like wtf my back is broken and it will hurt like nuts

vicodin doesn't do shit for me i blew 2 m357's (the good shit supposedly) and i didn't feel anything. i have never popped them however, maybe i should try that before i put vicodin down.

Well I have a really tight back from all the compression and just got a stress fracture recently so I smoke to losen the muscles up enough for me to crack my back and that helps with the pain a lot if that counts...

I think its relaxing after doing alot of work but when my arm was broken it made the cast more iritating and if it hit my arm i felt the pain alot more.

Ya but I used to be able to crack my back before I got the stress fracture and that would relieve the pain I normally had but now that I can't crack it I have to be high to relax enough to crack it...Whatever all I know is I'm high and my back is all set!

it started hurting about 2 days after i did it. I understand the concept of shock, but im also fairly confident that the amount of cannabinoids floating around in my blood had a large effect on my pain tolerance.

Haha, um ok well first run today, im high, feelin good hit the tables over shoot them rediculously overspin a 5 somehow slam my hip into the ice, stood up. Wondered if i needed to go home, decided to go, get to the parking lot and find out i cant walk now cus of the bruise that formed on my lower back hip ass, now im in crutches and im hurting bad. Weed probaly helps with not noticing the pain but it doesnt work very well

it just makes me concentrate on the pain more, and really makes it hurt alot more than it actually does.. so its the opposite for me
