Replying to Mtb question

so ive decided to go ss, the only problem is i have vertical dropouts. I have a couple of options though, i need your guys input on the better/cheaper/less work choice. so i could buy a new ss rim, then use that with a new chain, i could buy a new hub, then get a shop to respoke my old ones to the new hub, or, i go to a shop and buy a sprocket and spacers as they try to align it right. either way, im going to use a tensionner, so im just curious. i was aiming at only the new hub, so then theyd respoke it, and that would be that. as of now, my old hub is silent and i prefer a noisy one.
