so i compressed my heel pretty bad yesterday, and i can't put any weight what so ever on my heel. i can still move my foot around a lot, but i can't walk worth shit. my ankle is also fairly swollen question is; has anyone ever bruised their heel so bad they can't walk on it at ALL (basically had my symptoms), and the diagnosis just being a bruised heel?
