You gotta qualify in each to jump there since its such a big meet. If you are entered you would know already. I triple jumped there in high school a couple of years ago, but now I don't go because I go to college kind of far, although a DMR and 4x4 from my college will be going. I used to love going, penn relays are fucking awesome. St jago from jamaica will probably run like 311 in the 4x4 haha, they are nasty

if you actually were a freshman that ran 410 in the mile, youd be the best in the nation. Also 410 in the mile does not correlate with 159.7 at all
