Yellow the new ozone?

so ive noticed a lot of guys who ride for oakley wearin alot of yellow, specificaly simon and sammy, so is yellow gonna be oakleys "color" for next year like ozone was for this year? could be dope.

pssch i was already rocking the yellow last season, simon's the one who's behind, but i think i'll let it slide considering he holds the quarterpipe world record and he's much better than me

actually it's quite smart, it's how oakley dominates and sells out of their shit every year... it sucks because all the suits they've made have been really dope, but they are always played out before they are even released to the public. I'm goin with some sort of snowboard brand if I buy new shit next year.

i mean last year they were all rockin ozone and u never c that on the hill
and before that it was all about antifreeze but no onw wore that either

i think its safe to say yellow wont pick up either

No, color has absolutely nothing to do with riding style.

Also in a later post you said purple had not been done but cosco (i think?) rocked it in enjoy last year.

It doesn't matter what color it is.  There will be 5 other kids all wearing the same exact Oakley outfit at any given time.  I like my Quiksilver stuff a lot.  Oakley is good, but I am just tired of seeing it.

i rocked bright yellow this whole year but its volcom so its a different colour than oakleys but still yellow is sick ride what coulours u like but yellow gets super dirty really fast

i like yellow but im not as big of a fan of yellow as i am of ozone or bright blue. its also going to be kind of hard to keep clean much like a white coat is since its so light.

Sure, the concept is smart marketing. There's no question of that.

But this "everyone jump on the new color, oh my gosh, I need a new color" is the stupidest thing ever. I suppose it does make it easier to have your own look though, when 60% of the ski population is rocking ozone.
