last year= first year skiing-NON FREESTYLE
I wasn't freestyle but only hill around was all park so...
I was one of those super gapers that sucks up little cheesewedges on the sides of rails.
This year=First year of freestyle
I can slide 95% rails (havent done much urban, no kinks). fs/bs 270 out
i did an 82 foot spread eagle. :P
I can grab 1s consistently off our 50 foot step up and off most goodsized jumps
I can 3 most of our jumps, working on grabs.
nose butter 3s (sketchy)
improved in backcountry a BUNCH
dropped a 30 footer.
dialed in my 5s, learned and dialed in 7s, got a few 9s, 1 10, can cork everything up to a 7, grab everything up to a 5, d spins, rodeos, a whole bunch of off axis inverted stuff i dont know what to call it, hit just about any jump without being scared of it anymore (well 50-60 foot tables), skied more big mountain lines than i ever have before, dropped my biggest cliffs (40-50s), aand lots of em :D had more ski days than i have ever had in a season before, and had more fun than i have ever had in my life!
Gonna have to agree with John here. I've been partially injured all season and yet it has been the FUNNEST season I have had in my entire life.
