Need help making a profile picture

Well I took a picture that I wanted to use for my profile but when I went to upload it it says that it cant because its over 8k.Do you guys know anything that could make my 64k photo into a 8k photo?

But yeah, get a picture. Go to photoshop, and edit the image size to make it 50x50 pixels, then hit save for web and tweak the quality untill its under 8 k or whatever the size limits are. Easy as pie.
Even though I never found pie that easy. I mean, you have to make the crust, and the filling, and they're trickier than most things to bake. Seriously fuck that.

if you dont have photoshop, paint works quite fine unless your runnin a mac...
