I fucked up my knee at the beginning of the season and like an idiot i still went skiing and stuff later and messed it up pretty bad, doctor says nothing was torn just like a sprain on the MCL and it has been a lot bigger than my other knee for months. My question is how do i rehab it so it will be good again... I want to be able to train this summer to try out for my universities lacrosse team in the fall. Any suggestions?
