Where is that thread about that secret shrine carved out of stone in europe?

I have looked everywhere and it almost seems to have disappeared from the internets. It was some random guy in Europe that had artists come in and carve colums and paint murals and shit, but the police found it somehow and confiscated it because it was against building codes....I can't find any pictures or anything again...
