and with bad food you get the added bonus of side aches when you run or anything, heartburn and eventual heart disease. whats not to love.. and with mcdonalds you get to keep that delicious greasy flavor with you for hours as it coats your stomach with crazy ass beef hormones and chemicals and shit.

I think it's time for me to start eating healthy! That being said, Tofu is the worst tasting food with the worst texture. I hate it. I can't stand it. But those crazy japanese peas that are really good kickass. I'm not sure they're health food, but hells yeah anyways.
