Replying to Beer and weightlifting
so im a skinny motherfucker and ive been lifting a little for the past month. I need all the calories I can get, and beer has 200 calories per bottle. I know its "empty calories" but I have a fast metabolism and i should just burn it anyways.
its hard to eat right after lifting cause im kind of nauseous, but drinking a beer feels great. any problems with this?
