You can literally do it, all you gotta do is kick your monitor really hard if you ever dislike a member, then that member will recieve a foot in the face from their monitor. True Story

not without really good cause that can be proven.  very unlikely,  a person can request to be banned for all kinds of reasons, like they need to get thier homework done. but that is rare.
