went to rail gardens today to see if it held any snow from the recent storm... and the 16 stair rail has been vandalized. Someone cut the last 2 feet off of it and then took out the last support so now it just dangles in the air. WHAT THE FUCK. We must find who did this shit... the rail is like... unhittable.
