ok so yesterday i was skiing all day in the park..just doin my thing but almost everytime i would try and switch up my ski would pop off...my binding was starting to come out of my ski so i decided to take one more run on the regular mountain and call it a day....so i took the run with my bro and when we were comin out from the woods onto the main trail there was this icy berm...i guess i took the berm too fast and i slid out and fell...my ski popped off and i scratched up my face some...so i chucked my ski cause it just wouldnt stay on my friggin leg!!! i put my skis back on and started skiing again...this was just going down the groomer to the bottom...i look down to make sure my buckles were still buckled and i saw a tear in my pants....thats when i was like "o shit what happened"...i felt somthing cold running down my leg and i lifted up my pants and looked down...this may not sound big but i had a 2 inch long by hlaf inch wide by half inch deep gash right below my knee...i was like HOLY FUCK...bu it didnt hurt at all??? so i decided id just make it to the bottom and go to the ski patrol place...While i skied down i yelled to my brother that i was cut amd he just fuckin laughed at me cause he didnt believe me...so we get to the bottom and i see some of my friends...Im like "hey guys check this out wana get some pictures of it?" They're like holy shit dood r u serious that doesnt hurt let me get some pictures of that...had a little photoshoot and one of them helped me limp over to the ski patrol shack...they butterflied my leg and stuck me in a bed where i had to wait an hour and a hlaf before i could get ahold of myh parents who were skiing in the backcountry and for them to come...
...so the rest of the story is i got to the hospital and they ask u how much it hurts on a scale of 1 to 10 and i told them 0 cause it didnt hurt at all...so i got 5 stitches which were my first and i have some good footy of the laceration :)...but i couldnt go to a rave i was supposed to go to :(...i dont know if ill be able to go back in the park before my mt. closes though cause they're fuckin stoopid and closin next weekend even though we still have a 5 ft. snow pack...im also supposed to do a leg in a triatholon next weekend and im gona try and do it...
