Help Please. i could get expelled

ok so i was at school and i found a motivation poster in my schools my documents folder. it was a picture of a pair of lips surrounded by 4 white triangles(aka a black person surrounded by the kkk). it said ABSTRACT ART "its all about how you interpret it". so the my teacher saw it and took it. now my school suspended me for a week and is trying to expel me or get me sent to another school.
if anyone has theis picture could you please post it cuz i need it and cant find it.
also if anyone can find examples of racist humor in public media please pm me with it or somethign cuz i need evidence and shit for my superintendants hearing

if you have the school look at the document properities they could see when it was put on the computer, and if the date is earlier then when they caught you, then you should be in the clear...

I don't think they can expel you for this and a suspension for a week, that is a bit much. If they do try and expel i suggest you get a good lawyer and fight it, because expulsion is not good and for a picture they found on your computer.
