Replying to Need help with a new camera

I broke my camera (Panasonic GS 320) a few weeks ago, and its going to be 750$ to repair it. Im best to get a new cam.

I dont want to spend more than 700$, so just shoot out some ideas. I want something with some decent quality, my GS 320 was 3CCD, and I liked it.

Im not sure whether to move from MiniDV to a HDD cam, or stick with MiniDV, so some advice on that would be good too.
