Replying to Basics

so i want to get into skating this summer and im not really sure what to look for in a skate. i see that some skates have the two middle wheels smaller which makes a bigger grind space, and it looks like the ones with four wheels that are all the same size and level off the ground have too small of grind plates to do much with. i live by cornell so ill mostly skate around campus and not so much park. i dont want to spend too much on skates so what should i get? im a size thirteen so if any of you have used skates sell me them.
