I'm a member in many extinct cults dedicated to an individual sport, lacrosse, soccer, etc. so I've been thinking for a while now, why not start a cult that encompasses all sports besides skiing.  There is usually always a major sporting event going on to discuss so I feel like a cult like this would be a great idea which is why I created the Sports Fans of NS cult dedicated to all those who just like to talk sports.

I plan on maybe starting up some pools, maybe starting with a baseball one.  Membership is open because I don't really feel like answering all of your PMs so please join away, I feel like this cult could really last for a while, and I plan on making leaders gradually as the true sports fans become apparent.

which for the most part i do. there are so many cults being made that dont serve any purpose. there are only a select few cults that people even use. maybe this will turn into one of those, but i doubt it.

I just figured if the soccer cult could go for so long on just soccer and the lacrosse cult could do the same, then imagine what a cult with all those combined could do.  I like to analyze shit, break down individual games, march madness is on right now, I feel like at least like 30 threads could be made on that shit alone, various games, favourite teams, discussing different players, strategies, etc. and thats just college basketball.  Seeing as so far your the only one to reply to this thread I guess it was a shit idea, my bad.

i think the types of kids who play lacrosse would not have much to talk about with the types of kids who play baseball. not to generalize or anything, just very different sports
