Replying to Exchange student...

I am going to be a short term exchange student this year and I am trying to decide where to go, does anyone have any suggestions?- I want to go somewhere that the primary language is Engilsh because I will only be there for 3 weeks. I was thinking about going to Canada (because I would go there in early January) or Alaska (for the SNOOW and I hear it rocks there) but I don't know where to go.- Help- I need to pick the country, and city by the end of this week so I can turn the application for exchange in by friday. thanks. lates.
