What width hole for the Look px12 jib?

I did searchbar and looked on google.. Just want to check the shop gets it right.. should it be a 3.5?

Depends on the ski, not the binding.

Tell him to check the volkl tech manual for that year.  Says it in there.  I would check but mine is at the shop.  I would say 3.5 though just because there is no metal.
