i can do some stuff that is kinda hard, but im looking for a trick that doesnt need a lotta air, and is easy as hell. any ideas?

k not to be a dick but given that your best trick is a 3, there isn't too much thats more basic than that. You could try some nose butters, hand drags, and work on small switch spins. Other than that, go bigger and spin more/better grabs
