hey i need some help controlling my spins once i learned 7's and 9's i couldnt go back and do 5's and 3's and add grabs in them i allways  end up doing 450 and 630s. any suggestses?

don't throw them just sorta look the way you want to spin and think about the landing and holding your grab.

tails were the first i learned
i think mutes help a lot with spinning, maybe they could help you control your spins. does for me
