apple offers to engrave your ipod for free when you buy it off of their site. how would that void your warranty?

If it is engraved by anyone but apple then it would probably void the warrenty but if apple is doing it then I doubt it...

Well im not sure if they do that anymore,, but when i bought my mini offline a couple years ago i got it engraved and after i filled out that stuff it said that it would limit my warranty.. I dont know,, obviously if it doesnt say anything when you get the engraving it wont effect the warranty..
