Cops ramming people with their car

vid wasnt working properly but these cops in NC chase these two black guys through a development through people's yards repeatedly ramming them with their car.

they got suspended for 3 days...are you fucking kidding me?  one cop was taped saying "you better run nigger, cause im fixin to kill you"
