As many of you are probably hearing the timberline summer Public park area has been given to High Cascade, yes tis is true. The public park will remain down on the mile in it's usual early summer spot on Otto Lang until the snow is gone. Then it will be over in the mile canyon below the public pipe. So not to worry, there will still be plenty of summer public shredding to be had.
first off...FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK that pisses me off mainly just because it is a snowboard camp that took it ...anyway it will probably still be fine, its better than nothing and does anyone know if fusion passes are good into the summer?
haha wow that blows. especially once that snow is gone near the bottom of mile (early july perhaps) cause that means there will be so much hiking involved, regardless of direction.
no even in between sessions they don't open up their park. I don't think any of the camps do. And we won't even be able to poach it because it's snowboarders only.
i hit them last summer and they were really good. there were three and they got progressively bigger. the first one was like 20 ft. the second was around 40 and i think the last one was about 60-70, and they were all really well maintained and super fun and smooth to hit.
btw Hmaes used to be the park builder for us here at boreal a few years ago. untill we stepped up our park crazy style and got a new park crew and more money to spend. He does sick stuff though.
