Replying to Big skis little bindings?

Ok so heres the deal, im getting me some EP Pros soon (no hate please) and im trying to figure out what bindings to put on them. Main question : do bindings with smaller screw patterns rip out easier? Like FKS, yes they allow the ski to flex more naturally, but would they potentially rip out of a huge mounting surface such as the EP's? This isnt so much a question of what binding should i use, but a question of will i regret using turntables on ep's or should i look elsewhere.
