i wish i could get this salvini tools email and give him a piece of my mind, did he ever think in his spree of blaming other people that maybe it was his own damn fault for hitting the jump to fast? you can hit a 2 foot kicker at 35 miles an hour and really fuck yourself up too, people need to take responsibility for their own actions, and this guy is the reason those canadian parks arent building jumps anymore.

people who get that fucked up in the park shouldnt even be there. they need to work small and then get bigger. plus if your gonna hit a jump you need to make a run by to check it out, then you need to make a judgment on what youve seen....that guy deserved what he got, he is an idiot.

if i broke my back or whatever hitting a jump, i would take full responability for my actions.

shit like this is whats going to put gay regulations on parks all over america.

Just because a ski instructor killed himself on a jump doesn't mean the jump was ill conceived, it just means the instructor died did not know about unwritten safety protocol. Look before you jump.

Its up to the skier, why? because when you jump, it means you have consented that the jump is safe enough for you, the park crew shouldn't have to make that decision for you.

All it that lawsuit is about is money...and lots of it.

Sounds like eveyone should be at fault to me. It's a combination of the people being stupid coupled with apathetic management and a piss-poor park crew that don't know what they're doing.

thank you very much.  no one made them hit the jump.  so obviously they thought it was safe enough to hit, until the got hurt and now think its not there fault.  fucking bullshit if u ask me.
