I have the turntable Look P12s on my Bents. If you're deciding between the 120s vs. the 155/185, I have all of them on different skis. The thing I have noticed is that the toe on the 155/185s will release a little more willingly and buttery, for sideways twisting falls.I mounted them -1cm from true center. Also, Core center on the ski IS true center, which is also the center of the rocker I believe. I love them at -1cm. I do ski all my skis there, but I feel its the best.
You are going to love the bents btw. It really feels like your cheating when landing in pow. Its no longer hard. Forwards you can land leaning forward, and the tips will barely get below the surface of the snow. It's awesome. And switch landing is awesome too. I seriously land probably 2 to 3 times more stuff souly because of the skis. The 189s (actually measuring 194.5) are heavy, but definitely aren't hard to ski. The rocker actually makes them more agile on hardpack. They never get stuck on edge like I would sometimes have on my old 189 Made'ns.
Long story short, they are awesome. And mount -1 from center. And get FKS/Looks.

I'd say it's really a toss up between the 179 and 189. I'm 6ft and I have the 189s. I came from riding 189 Maden's, which are actually 191cm long, so I was used to it a bit. But the 189 Hellbents are 194.5cm long. They're damn huge. The rocker makes them ski like a small ski, but the weight is definitely noticed. It's not horrible, I mean I still do switch ups with the in the park and shit, but you definitely have to lug them around. Being as that you're 2in shorter than me I'd say probably go with the 179s, but it's up to you. If you are really going to keep them for pow, the 189s might be good. But if you want to get a little more versatility out of them and use them in the park and shit, I'd say go with the 179s. Either way, they are dope ass skis, and surprisingly get a bunch of pop off jumps. I have mine mounted at -1cm from true center btw.

I skied them a couple times now. They definitely are awesome in any kind of pow. Just float and turn so easily. I have the 189s mounted with some FKS btw. When it started to get skied out and choppy hard packed, they were still awesome. Just flying over everything and definitely powering through even big bumps. Then I went over for a little park skiing. They were alright. I mean the main crappy thing I noticed it just they're so damn heavy to ski in the park. I could still do switch ups and 270s on/out, but it's definitely not preferred. They still get plenty of pop and stuff. I wasn't able to do any nice jumps with them, because there weren't any yet. But I will soon. They actually still really do carve totally fine on hard groomed runs. They ski like they’re not even rockered. Just like my old Madens. Overall I'm happy with them. Really nice for charging, but when I throw my T-Halls back on, it really makes it sooo much better to ski the park.
