Im gonna need my passport for cutter's camp, and its in may. I got my pictures and paper work done, now i just need to know if going in person makes it go faster or if it is just rumour.

Mine wasn't too bad, I think I got mine in less than a month, if you get it during peak travel times then you have got to expect delays.
