Here's a sweet and easy recipe...
-Preheat oven to 350 F.
-Ge a couple lamb shoulder chops and score the top and bottom of the lighlty with a sharp knife.
-Then rub in some salt and pepper on both sides.
-Get a baking dish, a deep pan or something you can cook a roast in.
-Throw some fresh rosemary in the bottom along with a couple chopped cloves of garlic.
-Put the chops in and put more rosemary and garlic on top of them. Place chopped potatoes and -carrots in the pan the as well. (s and p on the potatoes as well)
-Sprinkle a little bit of olive oil on chops and potatoes.
-(you can also put a little bit of red wine in the bottom of the pan too but thats optional)
-Cover with tinfoil tightly
throw that in the oven for about an hour/ an hour and 15 minutes and Enjoy!
and there ya go. Most importantly experiment a little bit. the baking time can vary a little bit depending on the sizes of the chops and oven. You can also throw in some extra spices if you want. The lower the temerpature and the longer you cook the more flavourable it will obviously be. holla back!
