i am hoping for a little help with my itunes.
i just got a laptop and i transfered all of my music from my desktop computer to my laptop and everything went fine. however, when i transfer my videos, i am having difficulties. i can transfer the video and it will show up in itunes, but when i go to play it, it doesn't work. the video appears to be playing, it says its playing and all, but the only thing that happens is that the sound plays. there is no video, just a green or black screen. any suggestions?
