Replying to Thread Neighborhood

you all know how once a thread gets a week old or a month old or a year old, it has a smaller and smaller chance of getting bumped. So maybe after like a couple weeks the threads become friends with eachother, realizing their probably going to spend eternity right next to eachother, and they become sort of like thread neighbors. And it must be really sad if one of their neighbors disappeared because he got bumped. And maybe when that happens the other threads in the neighborhood mourn the loss and are sad because that thread will never return to their neighborhood. So bumping a thread from like 2002 must be very sad.
