Double flips

i honestly want to learn how people learn them. im not saying i am throwing them,  or im planning on throwing them, i just want to know where people learn them. do they throw them into powder or more likely into water or what?

water ramps are a safe way at first, then just try a pow jump to get the feeling and then bring it to park?

i havent got any doubles in the park but usually get it down on tramp and then ramps and then pow and then park.

I also can't figure out how they don't get mad shin bang, cause they seem to land backseat quite a bit

my friend learned them on a diving board, where you can get tons of repetition, the try them on a softer day in the park, at least that's what he does.
