Level Utah or Dakine Cobra GT

I was looking at both of these and can get either one for about $45  what do you guys recommend? They both look sick, but which is warmer/more waterproof?

i love my cobra gts. ive been rocking them on the ice coast for two years and havent had a problem with warmth. plus theyre gore tex, so ull have no problems with the waterproofing
