Replying to I burst a ton off blood vessels
so today i went to the gym to work out. i was doing bench press, lat pull down, dumbbell raises, etc (not a body builder or anything) but just like ten minutes ago I'm in my bathroom and i notice that i have like a hundred little red marks on the tops of my shoulders. they are like almost parallel lines with dots instead of lines and its kinda freaking me out. anyone know what they are??? they look like a dead-ringing for blood vessels, but i didn't think lifting would do so much and i wasn't even maxing or anything....
