soooo, my uncle has a condo in bethel near sunday river. well, HAD a condo, it blew the fuck up. check it out. and his friend was staying there just a day before, lucky bastard got out there a day before he got crisped.

i believe the apartment on the left in the panoramic was the initial fire, my uncles is the middle one (they show 3 side by side in the later shots) and yes he had insurance, i hope, im pretty sure he did, my mom says yes he did
