i am a friend of this guy and i hope that he gets off with all the charges so that he can start plying hocley again, i also hope than dan snyder has a full recovery!

ok listen up here son. im a hockey fan and as far as heatley goes, he's a superb athlete and player. but he BROKE THE LAW, and almost killed his friend. he can't just be let off, because even though he is a professional athlete, he isn't above the law. so if he spends time in jail, so be it. if he doesn't, well, fine...but he obviously needs to be taught a lesson.

i hope he and snider recover fully and quickly, but i think heatley deserves to face the consequences of his actions.
