if you were to hypothetically go back in time and somehow destroying all human life what would happen?
i think that the act of doing this would create an alternate timeline because it would be impossible for this action to ever transpire on you present timeline because you would cease to exist before you could ever go back in time to destroy humanity creating a paradox.
thoughts?

You will need to go back to November 5, 1955 and get the sports almanac back from young biff before you go back to the future, but then, doc gets struck my lightning, sending him, and the delorean, back to 1885. You must then contact 1955 doc, to find the delorean that 1985 doc left in a cave outside of hilldale, to go back and save him from being shot in the back by bufford maddogg tannon. Things might get heavy.

how would that be possible? however, going into the future is. i learned in science class in high school that if you travel the speed of light, you can travel in time. you would come back to earth like 10 years later. well depending on how long you were in space and how fast you went. so its not really traveling in time. but kind of is.

going to watch this today, but as for the kid directly above my post, you are really traveling time. once you achive light speed you will be somewhere before the light reaches you, which somehow works out to you traveling in time, idk i saw it on the science channel, and that dude in the wheelchair, the really smart one that has the robot thing talking for him was talking about it. but yes i believe that it is achievable, however we will not know if it is until we discover it, because personally i think that if you go into the past you will alter it, thus changing the future and creating an alternate universe/timeline. at least that makes sense, but we all know nothing like that ever works out to be easy.
also we never know what lays inside of a black hole....other than certain death for pretty much anything that gets sucked in.
