So about 1.5 weeks ago I bought some look PX15 FS bindings from sierra snowboard and ski because they were on "sale" for about $190. I placed the order and had my account billed an everything. A couple of days go by and no shipping information is given, so I send an email and they reply saying that they wanted to "triple check" they had the bindings in stock, which they did, and so they were going to be shipped this Monday. Come Monday, there still isn't any information on the shipment of my bindings AND they decide to drop the price down to $150. So I call them up and explained that they placed the bindings on sale 2 days after I had purchased the bindings, so I asked if I'd be able to get the sale price rather than the higher price I had just paid. The guy gal tells me I would have to send the bindings back (which I still don't have in my possession) and then repurchase them at the new lower price! WHat the hell kind of service is that? Just credit my damn account, why make me go through the trouble of sending them back? THen she tells me the bindings are scheduled to arrive tomorrow at my doorstep, but doesn't give me the tracking number to verify whether this is true.
What a shady operation. Fuck 'em.
