so i was at Kicking Horse last week...the skiing was pretty good on days but really hott on one day...and Heliskiing there kicks ass....soooo the morning of the hot day the gondola was going really slow because of wind and we got on with two older guys maybe like 40's....right after we left the bottom they popped the windows and were like i hope yur not part of the MRCP or somthin like that...they pulled out a joint and lit up...we were like woah what the fuck....and they said "Your in bud country now boys" we were tryin not to laugh and shit and it was mad funny...then wen they finished the joint they pulled out a flask of fireball whisky and downed that shit...it was pretty fuckin halarious considering their age...smelled like some good shit too....too bad they didnt offer it up... So from that ride up i learned something from them bout canadians..."there are only three things canadians are good at...growin mad weed, playing hockey, and er yah skiing"...that was pretty much the best gondola ride of the trip...it was like fuckin 40 min. too cause of wind...

tons of older people smoke....once i turned 20 i started seeing it alot more...just think bout it..they lived through the 60's and 70's..and that was some crazy shiiittt

I was on a bubble chair at Sun Peaks last year and some gys in their 30's sparked a J, they offered up but I was just not feelin it right then, but they put down the bubble and I got some secondhand.

my friend kept catching his mom doing "something" in her room and finally a few months ago looked in the drawer that she kept hiding what she was doing in. turns out she's quite the smoker. he found a large stash of the highest quality ganja (with the orange buds) and finally got to smoke a little the other day, he didn't need much and he was high as fuck... really hilarious to find out your parents smoke all the time

Actually it isn't that funny. I think it is very normal, I find no humor in it really. That just means they enjoy some of the stuff you do. When I found out I wasn't that surprised.

I found out from an old friend of mine that when our parents used to have "card night" it was really an excuse for my parents her parents and her neighbors to get baked as shit and drink their asses off and now it turns out that when my parents have their friends from michigan down, chances are their smoking. which explains why they didn't ask any questions when i told them i was going out ffor the night. its goood shit.

haha i heard a story about somebody whippin out a triple bubbler on the jay peak tram and he got one rip then the door dude came and took it and peaced it out the window. thats a big time bummer....but props on gettin that rip in....tram gooning is somethin i have always dreamed of but not ending like that. can anybody on NS claim that story?

Ive smoked with many older folks (my pops being one of them). My best experience was probably when I ran into these 3 guys that were all over 50. Chilling by where The Shack used to be at Stratton, sitting drinking beers smoking bowls when we ski in. They had some redic homegrown that took me to another level. There was at least 12 empty cans between the three of them and it looked like that had been sitting there chilling for at least 2 hours or so.
